Rewind a couple days to Good Friday and bake and eat hot cross buns in remembrence of our Lord's
Passion and Death.
Rewind even longer to the beginning of Lent. Kids mix salt dough, braid each piece, and form into a
circle. Add toothpicks and you have a "crown of
thorns". Everytime a family member makes a
sacrifice for another or does a good deed, a thorn
can be removed from our Lord's crown.
